Not necessarily — that depends entirely on what you've agreed to offer. Some venues offer a specific table or area while remaining open to the public. Others prefer to offer private hire for the duration of the booking. Whatever you decide, it needs to be clearly stated on your listing so creators know exactly what they're booking.
Yes. We recommend giving as much notice as possible — ideally 48 hours minimum. If you need to cancel, get in touch and we'll handle the rebooking or refund process for the creator.
Creators pay upfront at the time of booking so you're protected against no-shows. If a creator doesn't show, your earnings for that slot are still included in your weekly payment.
