What Creators See When They Find Your Venue

Your listing is your shop window. Here's exactly what appears on your venue page:
-
Your venue name and location
-
A photo gallery showing your space
-
A description of your venue and what makes it great for filming
-
Your hourly rate
-
Your available hours and booking calendar
-
Exactly what the creator is booking — a table, a section, a private room, or exclusive use

How Bookings Work

1

Creator Finds Your Venue

Your venue appears on the Find a Spot page. Creators can filter by venue type and browse your listing, photos, and available hours.
2

Creator Selects a Time Slot

The creator picks a date and time that works for them from your availability calendar.
3

Creator Pays Upfront

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking through our secure payment system. You don't handle any money directly.
4

You Receive a Booking Notification

You'll receive an instant email notification with the creator's name, booking date, time, and duration.
5

Creator Arrives at the Agreed Time

The creator uses the area of your venue that you've agreed to offer — whether that's a specific table, a section, or the whole venue. Make sure your listing clearly states what's included so there are no misunderstandings on the day.
6

Booking Complete

That's it. Your earnings are added to your weekly payment which transfers directly to your bank.

-
At least 4 hours of availability per week for bookings.
-
A reliable point of contact for creator queries before and on the day of the booking.
-
Basic amenities — working WiFi, adequate lighting, etc.

A minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations where possible.
-
Venue owners are responsible for their own public liability insurance as they would be for any member of the public using their venue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you've registered we'll be in touch within 48 hours with your onboarding information. From there, most venues are live within a few days depending on how quickly the details come back to us.

Primarily social media content creators — people making videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Think lifestyle bloggers, food reviewers, fitness influencers, and vloggers. They're looking for real, characterful venues that look great on camera.

Yes, absolutely. You're in control of your pricing at all times. Just get in touch and we'll update your listing.

Not necessarily — that depends entirely on what you've agreed to offer. Some venues offer a specific table or area while remaining open to the public. Others prefer to offer private hire for the duration of the booking. Whatever you decide, it needs to be clearly stated on your listing so creators know exactly what they're booking.

Yes. We recommend giving as much notice as possible — ideally 48 hours minimum. If you need to cancel, get in touch and we'll handle the rebooking or refund process for the creator.

Creators pay upfront at the time of booking so you're protected against no-shows. If a creator doesn't show, your earnings for that slot are still included in your weekly payment.
