These Terms govern use of Creator Spots (“the Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Platform

Creator Spots is an online marketplace that connects independent content creators (“Creators”) with independent venue operators (“Venues”).

We act as an intermediary only.

We are not:

The owner of listed venues

The employer of users

Responsible for venue operations

Responsible for creator conduct

2. User Accounts

Users must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate information

Keep login details secure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Payments
Booking Process

Creators book venues via the Platform.
Venues set their own availability and pricing.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.

Creator Spots may:

Collect payment on behalf of the Venue

Deduct commission

Transfer remaining funds to the Venue

We may act as a limited payment agent for Venues solely for the purpose of processing bookings.

4. Commission

Creator Spots charges a commission on confirmed bookings.

The applicable commission rate will be displayed at the time of booking and may change over time.

Commission is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except where required by law.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms are set by the Venue and displayed before booking.

Refund eligibility depends on:

Venue cancellation policy

Timing of cancellation

Circumstances (e.g. force majeure)

Creator Spots may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for refund decisions.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

Damage property

Engage in unlawful filming

Violate copyright or privacy laws

Circumvent platform payment systems

Harass or threaten other users

We may remove users or listings for misconduct.

7. Insurance & Risk

Creators are responsible for:

Their equipment

Public liability insurance where appropriate

Compliance with filming laws

Venues are responsible for:

Maintaining safe premises

Appropriate business insurance

Creator Spots is not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses arising from bookings.

8. Disputes Between Users

Disputes must first be addressed directly between Creator and Venue.

We may provide mediation assistance but are not responsible for final outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content (branding, design, text, software) belongs to Creator Spots.

Users may not copy or replicate the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the commission paid on the relevant booking

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold Creator Spots harmless against claims arising from:

Breach of these Terms

Misuse of the Platform

Damage caused during bookings

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:

Terms are breached

Fraud is suspected

Payments are circumvented

Users may close accounts at any time.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
