We write the description, organise your photographs and explain the practical hire details. You review the listing before it goes live.

We bring you the project details and check suitability with you. You approve the date, use and arrangements before anything is confirmed.
When an enquiry comes in

A customer tells us what they want to shoot and when. We discuss it with you before a booking is confirmed. If the project or timing is not right, you can decline.
The same process applies to a working café, a private home or a dedicated studio. There is no instant-booking calendar.
- We share the shoot details Project, date, hire duration, crew and any special requirements.
- You check the fit Confirm the areas, rate, availability and conditions you are comfortable with.
- The arrangements are agreed Booking details and payment arrangements are confirmed before the shoot proceeds.

Is it free to list?
Yes. There are no upfront listing fees or subscriptions. Creator Spots charges a 12% fee on all completed bookings. The fee applies when a booking is completed.
Do I have to accept every enquiry?
No. You choose which projects suit your space and whether the proposed date and times work. An enquiry does not create a booking.
Who is the service for?
Commercial and editorial photographers, filmmakers, small production companies, agencies, brands and music video teams. Independent creators are welcome too.
Do I need professional photographs?
No. Clear, well-lit photographs you already have are a useful starting point. We can advise on any extra views or details needed to represent the space accurately.
Can I change my listing or stop?
Yes. You can update your rates and availability, or ask to pause or remove the listing. There is no exclusivity or long-term commitment. Any hire already agreed needs to be handled under its confirmed terms.
What if an agreed booking needs to change?
Let Creator Spots know as soon as possible. Changes, cancellations and payment questions are handled under the terms agreed for that booking.
