Your property. Your boundaries.
A location does not need to be a show home. Real interiors, character and useful natural light can offer a production something distinctive.
Offer particular rooms, a garden or agreed parts of the property. Keep private areas outside the hire arrangement.
Fit enquiries around home life or guest stays. You check each request against your own availability before accepting.
Review the planned use, crew size and equipment. An enquiry never commits you to welcoming a production.
For the place you call home
A lived-in room, a period feature or a kitchen with a distinctive look could be useful for portraits, editorial work, lifestyle photography or film.
Agree which areas are included, how the crew will access them and whether you will be present. We help discuss the details with you before the shoot.
For homes away from home
You may want to consider shoot enquiries when the property is available. Each project needs to fit around guest bookings, cleaning, access and your own plans.
You decide whether the proposed use and timing work. There is no promise of regular bookings or a particular pattern of demand.
Getting listed
