Designed around your business

Your venue comes first.

Shoot hire can be an additional use for the space you already run. You decide whether an enquiry fits your schedule, customers and team.

01

Choose the right times

Consider quieter periods or agreed private-hire windows. Nothing is booked automatically around your opening hours.

02

Define the space

Offer a room, a section or a larger area. Make customer access, exclusive use and any restricted areas clear before hire.

03

Assess each production

Review the project, crew size, sound, equipment and set-up requirements. Accept the enquiries that work for your venue.

A new use for a familiar setting

They see a setting.
You see your venue.

A bar can provide atmosphere for a music video. A café can bring character to a brand shoot. A gym or studio can give a production the space and backdrop it needs.

We bring local spaces together for photographers, filmmakers, production teams, agencies and brands. A listing adds exposure; it does not guarantee bookings.

A few useful answers

Before you take
the next step.

A few points worth knowing before you register.

Is it free to list?

Yes. There are no upfront listing fees or subscriptions. Creator Spots charges a 12% fee on all completed bookings. The fee applies when a booking is completed.

Do I have to accept every enquiry?

No. You choose which projects suit your space and whether the proposed date and times work. An enquiry does not create a booking.

Can the venue stay open during a shoot?

That depends on the production and what you want to offer. Explain customer access, background noise and which areas are included so everyone can agree a workable arrangement.

Do I need a booking calendar?

No. Customers send an enquiry. Creator Spots checks the requested date, times and project with you before anything is confirmed.

What should I provide for the listing?

A few existing photographs, the hire areas, proposed rates and available times, plus useful access and facility details. We prepare the listing for your review.

How does payment work?

Creator Spots charges a 12% fee on all completed bookings. Booking details and payment arrangements are explained and confirmed before the shoot proceeds. You can discuss the terms before accepting a hire.
